KPN Green Held the 2019 Annual Outing Activities

During January 11-12, 2018, KPN Green Energy Solution PLC organized the annual outing activities 2019 for the employees to show an appreciation for their contributions and efforts throughout the year, and to increase their morale as well as strengthen teamwork in the coming years and listen to the business plan for the year 2020 by management.  The event activities as the lucky draw and party were held at Chateau de Khaoyai Hotel & Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima




The 4th ASEAN Smart Grid Congress (ASGC4)

Mr. Niatd Jaisue, the Deputy Managing Director of KPN Green Energy Solution PLC. was joint The 4th ASEAN Smart Grid Congress (ASGC4) held in Phitsanulok, Thailand on 11 – 13 September 2018
ASEAN Smart Grid Congress (ASGC) is a primary forum in Southeast Asia for experts, scientists and professionals in smart grid technology and policy to meet annually. The main objectives of the congress are to bring together experts from various fields to share an idea and exchange the knowledge about the current situation as well as the need of smart grid in ASEAN countries. The 250 participants are accomplished researchers, professors, policy makers, high-level government officials, and industry professionals The congresses had more than 200 participants from internationals and distinguished speakers from United States, China, Japan, Austria and ASEAN countries. Assigned The Naresuan University’s School of Renewable Energy and SmartGrid Technology (SGtech) to host an international seminar this time.



Board of Directors (BOD) with the management of KPN Green attend The Board of Directors Meeting 5/2561

On 12 December 2018, KPN Green Energy Solutions Public Company Limited by the Board of Directors and management team was held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2561 at Waste to Energy Power Plant, WPGE at Phetchaburi Province. This is a roadshow to monitor the construction of the WTE power plant to follow the plan.

WPGE, the Waste to Energy Power Plant, Petchaburi is one of the construction works for the waste power plant is under construction and installation of machinery.

By 2018, this WTE power plant is expected to be the first modern waste-to-energy plant in Thailand and environmentally friendly Due to the technology from Hitachi Zosen, Japan.



Mr. Nitad is the speaker as topic Waste To Energy

On Nov 20 2017, Mr. Nitad Jaisue, Deputy Managing Director of KPN Green Energy Solution Public Company Limited was the one of speakers on the topic as “Basic knowledge, technology, problems, obstacles and recommendations for Waste to Energy. At the seminar on Integrated Power Generation Systems SPP Hybrid Firm and VSPP Semi Firm Small Power Producers, with technical support from Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, Metropolitan Electricity Authority and the Provincial Electricity Authority to create knowledge and basic understanding. At the Lotus Room of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.



Samutsakorn High Voltage Substation 1

115 kv Samutsakorn high voltage substation 1 is one of the KPN Green’s construction projects. Address at Tumbon Nadee, Ampour Maung-Samutsakorn, Samutsakorn Province. It has been scheduled delivery of works to The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand soon.



Grand Opening Ceremony of Chaiyaphum High-Voltage Substation

500kv / 230kv Chaiyaphum high voltage substation is one of the KPN Green’s construction projects. On 18th Aug, 2017 The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand was held the grand opening ceremony by Mr. Suthon Boonprasong, Duputy Governor-Transmission System and Mr. Surapong Rangsisombatsiri, Assistant Governor-Transmission System Construction are presided over the ceremony. It was built to accommodate the increasing electricity demand in Chaiyaphum Province and neighboring provinces.



KPN Green Gets a Project at Hongsa Power Plant, Largest Coal-Fired Power Plant in Laos PDR

The design, procurement and installation of Electrical System & Control and Instrument for HPC Coal Conveyor C1.3, C2.3 Project by KPN Green at the Hongsa Power Plant, Lao PDR has started and is expected to be completed around July.

“Hongsa Power Plant is a Thai-owned coal-fired power plant employing resources and areas of Laos PDR, located in Muang Hongsa and Muang Ngeune districts, Xayaboury province, just 23 kilometers from Nan province at the border of Thailand. It generates electricity up to 1,878 MW and 1,437 MW of which is exported to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), while only 100 MW is used in Laos and the remainder in the power plant location.”



Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for WPGE Waste to Energy Power Plant in Phetchaburi, Ready for the Construction Soon

On January 31, 2017, WPGE waste power plant construction project, Phetchaburi province, one of KPN Green’s projects, had a groundbreaking ceremony for the waste to energy power plant project. Mr. Chavarat Charnvirakul, former Minister of Interior, presided over the ceremony, and Phra Maha Raja Guru Bidhi Sri Visudhigun Viboonvej Borommahong Brahamhong, the Head Brahmin, performed the ceremony. The honorable guests also included Pol.Lt.Col.,M.L. Kitibodee Prawit, Phetchaburi Vice Governor, Mr. Pradit Chamchantra, Phetchaburi Provincial Industrial Officer, Mr. Sanguan Jittpum, Mayor of Tha Laeng Sub-district Municipality, as well as the management team of WPGE Phetchaburi Co., Ltd. (WPP) and many more honorable guests.

For the WPGE waste to energy power project, Phetchaburi, Hitachi Zosen Corporation, KPN Green Energy Solution Co., Ltd. and Italian-Thai Development PLC (ITD) were hired to construct and install machinery scheduled to distribute the electricity to the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) by 2018.”



KPN Green Certified to ISO 9001:2015 Standard

On January 19, 2017, KPN Green was certified to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, a global standard recognized by businesses worldwide for quality excellence and the efficiency of operations within the organization. The key idea is to set up a management system for quality assurance. This is a system that assures that processes are controlled and can be verified through documents specifying working procedures and instructions, so that every level of personnel in the organization know their own responsibilities as well as the operations procedures. There is training in order to provide more knowledge and skills related to the operations. Records are kept and the operations are audited if they are run in accordance with what specified in the documents. Besides, any errors are to be corrected and protection plans of such errors are to be initiated.



Dr. Kritsda Ukarapattayakul Awarded Quality Person of the Year 2016 in Energy and Utilities Business Sector

“On October 19 2016, Dr. Kritsda Ukarapattayakul, Chairman of Executive Committee of KPN Green Energy Solution Co., Ltd., was selected as “the Quality Person of the Year 2016 in Energy and Utilities Business Sector and the plague of honor was presented by His Excellency General Pichit Kullavanich Privy Council. At the event, there was a robot show of representatives of Thailand who attended and built a reputation in a world competition, as well as a presentation of scholarships and certifications to the Quality Youths of the Year 2016. This event was organized by the Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand (FSTT), Ministry of Science and Technology.”




Uni Power Tech together with Delegation Visited Kamphangphet Biomass Power Plant Construction Project

On October 15, 2016, KPN Green Energy Solution Co., Ltd by Mr. Nitad Jaisue, Deputy Managing Director, took Mr. Tanawat Kraipisitkul, Executive Director of Uni Power Tech Co., Ltd., and the delegation to visit the construction project of the Kamphangphet Biomass Power Plant which has a capacity of 11 MW. This is in order to study the construction of the biomass power plant to further deployed in the construction of a Uni Power Tech’s biomass power plant.
