KPN Green Certified to ISO 9001:2015 Standard

On January 19, 2017, KPN Green was certified to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, a global standard recognized by businesses worldwide for quality excellence and the efficiency of operations within the organization. The key idea is to set up a management system for quality assurance. This is a system that assures that processes are controlled and can be verified through documents specifying working procedures and instructions, so that every level of personnel in the organization know their own responsibilities as well as the operations procedures. There is training in order to provide more knowledge and skills related to the operations. Records are kept and the operations are audited if they are run in accordance with what specified in the documents. Besides, any errors are to be corrected and protection plans of such errors are to be initiated.
